Volunteer Your Talent
If you are a family member, friend, or a professional that wants to lend a hand, Crossroads Louisiana welcomes volunteers and we offer many opportunities to help, so share your time and talent with us, like:

• Reading – start a book club and read to our clients – they love a good story
• Cooking classes – demonstrate how to make an easy-to-fix and nourishing meal
• Art, dance, and theater – our clients love to create and perform

Volunteers must be at least 18 years of age, provide their own transportation, and are required to fill out a volunteer background form.

Become a Mentor
There is nothing that those we serve love more than just spending time with others willing to spend a little quality time with them. It’s a rewarding experience for our clients and just as rewarding for the mentors who can give a few hours a month to brighten the life of an adult with an intellectual disability.
